Great evening views from the balcony with stunning sunsets over the sea. Convenient location with nearby supermarkets and bus stop for exploring the area. Entertainer Xabi was fantastic with the kids, keeping them entertained with games and activities throughout the stay. Friendly bar staff made us feel welcome. I would recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Great place to stay, on side of the hill not to many streps, easy access to shops, beach and all bus routes. I have stayed here before and the Cala D’or sister hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful, reception open early till very late and then night staff available. Entertainment for kids and adults.

Local beach with plenty to do. 2nd beach 30 walk along promenade. Harbour for boat trips and water sports.

Steps or sidewalk up hill to hotel, but a taxi is a couple of euros from the shopping centre and restaurants.

The property was amazing and reasonably clean. The staff was very very helpful and efficient. It was absolutely perfect to the beach or to all of the bars.

it's fairly clean apartmet with 1 bedroom close to the hill called the europa centre, all the other cafes and bars, and playa del ingles. the apartment is particularly good, close to the bus stop for the more picturesque mogan.

My apartment was amazing close to bars, restaurants and shops, and the shopping centre or sea front. I've had venue with a big balcony, adequate kitchen and twin beds. Liked views out to sea and the resort. Didn't want to say goodbye - I would like to stay here on the next trip.

The rooms were spotlessly clean with a modern interior, and the massive balconies provided jaw-dropping views of the area. The staff went above and beyond to meet our every request, making our stay super enjoyable. Out of the 6 apartments we've stayed in Puerto Rico, this one is by far the best! The location was perfect, offering a beautiful all-round view and easy access to the beach and town center. This was exactly what we needed to escape a disappointing hotel experience in Playa del Ingles. We knew we would have a mind-blowing time for the last 6 days by moving here. The apartment was well-equipped and the large balcony with stunning views of Puerto Rico was a highlight. The location was central, with panoramic views of New Year fireworks and easy access to everything. The entertainment for the kids was fabulous, and the resort had a lovely intimate feel. The cleaners also did a great job in keeping the apartment clean. this is the perfect place for a super enjoyable vacation and exceeded all our expectations!

Fairly clean and excellent apartment close to the San Miguel restaurant, the more picturesque Mogan, and the handy nearby supermarket. Soft bed, views out to sea and the resort. Fab setting near the beach.

The apartment was nice and pleasant with location next to all pubs and restaurant, the shopping centre/ restaurants and pubs and centre. It was in a great and super place. The staff were brilliant, made the stay fantastic! The balcony was overlooking sea.

The location was fantastic, with close proximity to both the beach and town center. The staff and fellow holidaymakers were friendly and welcoming. The complex was quiet at night, allowing for a peaceful stay. The apartment was clean, modern, and had comfortable beds. The terrace provided excellent views, and the pool was relaxing.

amazing stay in puerto rico, cala nova apartamentos exceeded expectations! great location, friendly staff, and stunning panoramic view of new year fireworks. kids had a blast with entertainment host. perfect balance of being close to beach and town center while maintaining peace and quiet at night. highly recommend!

My children wanted more variety of food options.

Great views of the marina and sea from the large balcony. the bedroom had plenty of storage space and a safe box. the walk to the shopping center and marina was reasonable, with lots of bars and restaurants to choose from.

The cleaning service was inconsistent and not up to standard. the towels provided were thin and not sufficient for multiple showers in the heat.

The property was overall clean and brilliant, what I was expecting. I stayed in a separate bedroom, had a lovely private bathroom, and could use a very clean pool. Views over the sea were INCREDIBLE. It had a magnificent setting a short walk to all the other cafes. Plus, it was located close to the bus stop for the more picturesque Mogan.

The place is comfy and kept reasonably clean. The employees working here are excellent. The venue has an absolutely perfect and excellent location very close to the port, centre of Puerto Rico, and bars, restaurants, and shops.
